In addition to this, we will also learn about the farmers who grow incredible tencha leaves in Japan. From leaf to bowl, we’ll guide you through the essentials of what makes the perfect matcha - one that nourishes both your body and soul.

Each attendee will receive a wagashi & freshly-milled matcha pairing for in-class consumption. Attendees will also receive helpful documentation and a chance to participate in some fun hands-on demonstrations.
